Advance Search with DigiNotice
Looking for a property notice? DigiNotice offers a hassle-free way to find what you need. Simply enter key details like:
-
Location: District, Taluka, Village, Survey Number or specific identifiers such as Gat Number, CTS Number etc.
...or any other property-related information!
Our smart search filters quickly retrieve all matching notices from our extensive database, ensuring you have access to complete and accurate information at your fingertips.

Precise Match
A notice that perfectly matches the property details you have added in the Asset Manager will appear under Precise Match.

Example:
If your property’s survey number is 20/1/1, and you have entered the property details in the Asset Manager, including the District, Taluka, Village and Survey Number (20/1/1), then any notice that exactly matches this information will be shown under Precise Match.
This ensures you receive highly accurate results regarding your specific property details.

Partial Match
If you don’t know the exact details of your property or prefer not to share them, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Notices similar to the details you entered in the Asset Manager will appear under Partial Match.

Example:
Let’s say your property is in Survey No. 100/1/1 and Plot No. 10. If you enter general details like District, Taluka, Village and broader property details such as Survey No. 100 or just Plot No. 10, we will show you all notices related to these details under Partial Match.
This way, you can still find relevant notices without needing exact property details.

Asset manager
Adding a property to DigiNotice's Asset Manager offers several key benefits for users, particularly those involved in property transactions, management, or verification. Here’s why adding a property to the Asset Manager is valuable:
1. Centralized Monitoring of Legal Notices
By adding a property to the Asset Manager, users can monitor all public notices related to that specific property in one place. Since public notices are issued in various publications across multiple cities, this centralization saves time and ensures that users are aware of any developments or disputes that may affect the property.

2. Real-Time Alerts and Notifications
Users receive timely alerts (Push Notifications, SMS, Email) whenever a notice related to the property is updated in the DigiNotice database. This proactive measure helps in staying updated on potential legal issues, property claims, or any other public announcements, reducing the risk of missing critical information.
