  • Why should I add a property in Asset Manager?
Adding a property to DigiNotice's Asset Manager offers several key benefits for users, particularly those involved in property transactions, management, or verification. Here’s why adding a property to the Asset Manager is valuable: 1. Centralized Monitoring of Legal Notices By adding a property to the Asset Manager, users can monitor all public notices related to that specific property in one place. Since public notices are issued in various publications across multiple cities, this centralization saves time and ensures that users are aware of any developments or disputes that may affect the property. 2. Real-Time Alerts and Notifications Users receive timely alerts (Push Notifications, SMS, Email) whenever a notice related to the property is updated in the DigiNotice database. This proactive measure helps in staying updated on potential legal issues, property claims, or any other public announcements, reducing the risk of missing critical information.
  • How do I add property details to the Asset Manager?
In View Notice tab you can easily add a property to asset manager through ‘Add to Asset’ button. The property details that are present in the notice will get auto-filled and will help you to save time and energy. Or else you can enter basic details like property address and other relevant information, in the Asset Manager tab. This allows DigiNotice to notify (Push Notifications, SMS, Email) you of any matching public notices in the future.
  • Will I receive notifications if a new notice matches my property?
Yes, if you’ve added property details to the Asset Manager, DigiNotice will automatically send you instant alert(Push Notifications, SMS, Email) whenever a new notice matches the property information you’ve provided. This ensures you stay up-to-date without needing to track notices manually as well as securing your assets from any potential frauds. However, DigiNotice is not responsible, if any notice has been missed due to any reason.
  • What is the 'Matched Notice' feature and how does it work?
The 'Matched Notice' feature automatically tracks public notices for properties that match the details you’ve entered in the Asset Manager. Whenever a notice that fits your property’s description is updated in the DigiNotice database, Diginotice sends you an instant alert(Push Notifications, SMS, Email), so you stay informed.
  • What is Precise match and Probable match in ‘Matched Notices’?
Precise matched notices are notices that exactly match the details you’ve provided in the Asset Manager. For example, if you've entered the district as Nashik, taluka as Nashik, village as Nashik, with survey number 100/1/1 and plot number 10, any notice published with these exact details will be highlighted under precise matched notices. Probable matched notices are those that do not exactly match the details you've entered in the Asset Manager but are similar. For example, if you’ve entered the district as Nashik, taluka as Nashik, village as Nashik, with survey number 100/1/1 and plot number 10, and a notice is published with similar details—such as district Nashik, taluka Nashik, village Nashik, and survey number 100—it will be highlighted under probable matched notices. These notices help you stay informed about transactions happening near your property.
